Who we are

Domain Mercato is a brand of 22ONLINE LTD, registered in England & Wales No. 16708137, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: domains@domainmercato.com.

What we collect

  • Forms (Make Offer, Request a Domain, Contact, Newsletter): your name, email address, and what you write — for example the domain, offer amount, budget or message.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser type, stored with each form submission to protect the forms against spam and abuse.
  • Analytics (only if you accept cookies): anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4, such as which pages and domains are viewed and clicked.

How we use it

We use form data only to reply to you and to handle your offer, request or question (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Newsletter emails are sent only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time (legal basis: consent). We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Who receives it

Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger), Google (analytics, only with your consent), and Escrow.com if you choose to complete a purchase with us. When you click Buy Now you go to the marketplace that handles that checkout (for example Afternic, Sedo, Atom or Spaceship). Its own privacy policy applies there.

How long we keep it

Offer and enquiry records are kept for up to 3 years as a record of our dealings, then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email domains@domainmercato.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

The site works without cookies. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
